Individuals must indicate their group affiliation, Room Block Isabelle McDowell & Zeke Dumke IV Wedding, when making reservations or the applicable group rate may not be extended.

Direct reservations must be made prior to (30 days before arrival). After this date, any unreserved rooms will be considered canceled and may be released by the Hotel for general sale.

A guarantee on each reservation shall be in the form of a non-refundable deposit for the payment of the first night’s room and tax as each guest calls in to create their room reservation.

Guests can cancel their reservation 30 days prior to arrival with no additional penalty but the initial deposit is nonrefundable.
